The Importance of Integrity in Business Refund Policies
Dear BIVILLEPM Community,
Why do business people find it difficult to refund money when the service can no longer be rendered profitably?
Why can’t we have a policy like, “customer’s money will not be spent until he is happily involved and we are profitable doing it”? Lack of integrity is a very big issue, and it will haunt your brand.
There shouldn’t be any second guessing. If you want a refund because we could not deliver, I would be the one asking if you want it immediately rather than waiting, as we don’t enjoy seeing money from an unfulfilled customer in our bank account.
