At #BIZVILLEPM, whenever we consider complex initiatives, I always ask myself about their ROI. Sometimes we continue, and other times we discontinue certain projects.

Recently, we obtained five new NUPRC engineering permits: one specialty valued at 250K NGN and four majors at 25K NGN each. However, I’ve realized that NIPEX only accepts the 250K NGN permit code addition, making the remaining four a sunk cost. The 250K NGN permit covers everything the others can do. Therefore, we’ve revised our brochures to reflect only five valuable NUPRC permits (2 specialty, 3 major), removing the redundant ones.
