Push yourself, or life go push you. Push your limits or accept am. I dey rebrand myself into COO position, no be the usual project management work. I no get any rush to ‘Japa’ without purpose. This na the popular position for C-Level wey require strong Project Management and Engineering background with MBA.
Why? I dey based for Nigeria and for me to remain here and avoid inflation and currency devaluation wahala as employee, I need to develop into C-Level role.
Inflation and devaluation na something wey you no fit control, but you fit make yourself more valuable pass those rates by changing industry and roles.
Most times, you no fit be more managing director/CEO pass the owner of the business, but you fit sure be hin second in command wey be COO (CFO, finance na for accountant, CHRO na for human resource, CMO, na for marketing departments, CTO na for IT People. etc).
