Important Notice:
For the Kick-off Meeting and meetings with stakeholders ranked as “Very High”, it is strongly recommended that the Project Manager should not delegate; in fact, he should chair the meeting if possible.
Meetings are not “where Minutes were kept and Hours were lost”, and they must be productive and optimal with the right stakeholders.
Optimal Meeting Attendance Percentages (Bard Framework):
1. Low Complexity Project, Strong Team:
- 40–60% Attendance: This could be sufficient for keeping informed and supporting the team’s autonomy.
2. Large, Complex Project, New Team:
- 60–80% Attendance: Higher presence might be needed for initial coordination and decision-making.
3. Individual Preference (Highly Hands-On Manager):
- 70–90% Attendance: This may be optimal for their working style and project needs.
