Pro Bono Today, Partnerships Tomorrow
One weekend, I prepared a “Proof of Concept” for a client — something I’ve done before but previously referred to as a proposal. The next weekend, I drafted a contract agreement using AI tools for initial review, demonstrating my ability to create documents requiring minimal changes upon professional evaluation. Although the contract hasn’t been signed yet, these efforts reflect my growing competence in business processes.
My goal is to secure a New International Engineering OEM partnership with a running MOU license and clearly defined KPIs, positioning myself as their commission agent (or Country Representative) in Nigeria.
These pro bono efforts not only build our business but also contribute to the success of theirs, sharpening my focus on sustainable growth and collaboration. If I’m unable to secure a contract in 6–9 months, it will underscore the need to enhance my business development skills while I continue to leverage my expertise in project controls and management.
