Overestimating ISO 9001:2015 Requirements: A Blessing in Disguise

Dear Industry Colleagues and Partners,

I overestimated what was required for ISO 9001:2015, and yes, I did! However, it worked out in my favor as it allowed me to develop custom templates for every process and function.

I went beyond what was necessary because I lacked the funds to pay upfront. When I eventually made part payments, I realized that only a few of the documents I created were required. The consultant simply listed what we needed to provide, while the rest became a valuable document database for my company.

Now, I know exactly what to hand over to each department, along with the processes they should follow, complete with Plans and SOPs. Even if I join an organization without AI, I am prepared to customize solutions effectively. I’m counting down the next two months to finalize the ISO payment.

My message to you today: No one is born with money, but you can always start with what you have — your productive time.
