Optimizing Project Cash Flow: Leveraging Contract Value Weight Factors for Indirect Cost Distribution

--

Dear BIVILLEPM Community,

A challenge arises in the project cash flow report, as the indirect costs of the home office are apparent in the bank statements. Thus, we must filter and concentrate on the project we are working on, on a project-by-project basis.

My strategy involves utilizing the weight factor of the contract value of various projects to distribute indirect costs among projects within a given period instead of dismissing the indirect costs, provided they share the same accounting code, then we must distribute them.
