Optimizing ISO 9001:2015 Implementation for EPC Services

ISO 9001:2015 is one of the most critical internal projects any company should prioritize. As you delve deeper into its requirements, you realize that there’s always more to uncover and refine.
In my opinion, it’s strategic to achieve a quick win with minimal documentation initially, then advance through periodic updates (specifically on an annual basis) supported by comprehensive continuous improvement audits.
Currently, I am developing processes for our EPC services. Based on a recommendation from our QMS expert, it’s essential that all four services have clearly defined processes.
We have aligned Training and Manpower Supply Services with the Human Resources Department, and Procurement and Logistics Services with the Procurement and Logistics Department for Property Sales and Construction supplies. Additionally, the Contract and Commercial Department should integrate all four services into its operational interface.
From what I gathered, project management is not just a department; it’s a capability that underpins the entire EPC organization. There is Division for EPC Project in our Value Chain, NOT a Department.
