It’s not enough that people praise you for being smart; you must also create something valuable and do it as quickly as possible. It doesn’t always have to be complex; simple and valuable solutions count too.
Eisenhower Matrix (Adapted By #GeorgeNWOGU)
Originally made popular by U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, this matrix can also be seen as a variant of the Urgent-Important Matrix:
1. Quick Wins: High value, low complexity. Prioritize for immediate gains. #Productivity #QuickWins (Ours is mini-MBA, PMP, and P6 Training to Corporate)
2. Complex Tasks: High value, high complexity. Plan carefully. #Prioritization #ComplexTasks (Ours is EPC for Refineries and Power Plant, etc.)
3. Low-Value Tasks: Easy but minimal value. Do if time allows. #Efficiency #LowValueTasks (Ours is marketing and being an influencer)
4. Avoid/Minimize: Difficult and low value. Use sparingly. #Focus #AvoidTasks (Ours is teaching individual Nigerians)
