Mastering Oil and Gas EPC COO Roles: Business Development Management (BDM) Impact with Planning, Cost Management

It’s noteworthy that without leveraging my experience and AI, it would be challenging for one individual to effectively manage both planning and cost management.
I recently discussed with a colleague the complexities of running a one-person department. Occasionally, urgent issues arise, and I feel fortunate that my current role enables me to handle both dimensions effectively.
Beyond being a planner and cost engineer, I also develop the Organizational COO dashboard. This dashboard reflects my aspiration to step into a COO role. While there are aspects I don’t directly control, such as business development, I strive to incorporate these into my dashboard.
