Over the past two days, we focused on a Level 3 schedule and broke down the entire work package to Level 4, enabling us to measure progress more effectively within the defined scope.
I’m excited to share that I completed this breakdown and developed a Robotic Tank Cleaning Progress Measurement System in just one day. Additionally, I updated my schedule and project management dashboard — all within two days.
This is an incredible time to be utilizing AI as my assistant. AI truly is my team, and I am the manager. I’m grateful to Microsoft and PMI for their free AI course and to all my previous employers who have contributed to my growth.
There are moments when I wish to revisit my past management roles (especially the ones where I faced challenges) and demonstrate what I’ve become. As things continue to evolve, I’m looking forward to extending these capabilities further into core engineering design tasks.
You can’t imagine the potential for optimizing redline markups and drawing reviews when working with PDF drawings and for quantity take-off and estimation. Perhaps it’s time to explore constructibility reviews. 🤔
