Learning Is for Everyone, but Paying in USD Is Not

If a Nigerian employee can afford to take a professional exam in USD, say $625, and pay $685 for training and professional membership, they have sacrificed a lot to achieve this. The only thing everyone on earth has equally is time, but not everyone has the same money to accomplish the same purpose.

• I can outread you on all the AACEI materials while you can outpay me for all the licenses, and still, you might not be more knowledgeable than I am.
• Someone in Nigeria should not compete with someone in America to take more exams, but we can certainly compete on how much learning we can do. Learning is for everyone, but paying for many licenses and degrees in USD is for a few. 🤔
• September 13, 2024, marked 12 years since I earned my PMP. The ROI is evident in the opportunities and the significant income I’ve made from training.

AACEI Certifications make sense too, but just like the PMP back then, it makes more financial sense for trainers in Nigeria and professionals in the diaspora to pay in USD. However, in both locations, it makes sense to study it and improve your craft.
