When you are supporting a strong leader or manager who takes full responsibility, that is not the time to be complacent. It’s the time to learn as much as possible by observing closely.
It’s also the time to ask yourself: if you were in their position, what would you do? Personally, the one thing I know better than most is the theory of project management, and now I’ve added the profound use of AI to that list, all while advising others from the sidelines.
In my last role, I was inspired by three colleagues: one was an exceptionally technical engineer, another was skilled in contract management, and the third excelled in planning.
While observing from the sidelines, I developed my own system based on the strengths of these three colleagues and my experience. Today, my time has come, and I’m becoming the best version of this combination of individuals, along with my previous experience.
