Embracing God’s Plan: Transitioning from Big Corporations to Small Enterprises
Dear BIVILLEPM Community,
Sometimes you think what you need are those big companies that pay big bucks, like Shell, Total, NLNG, etc. God might have a different plan for you; He wants you to learn how to create things in a smaller company.
He wants you to understand how the facilities used in Exploration and Production are built, so He sends you to frugal contractor companies like SAIPEM, Sudelletra, RosettiPivot, etc. The business of an EPC company is actually Engineering Design, Procurement, and Construction and that is our vision for #BIZVILLEPM.
Typically, these equipment are imported into the country and installed. The future of Nigerian manufacturing lies with those who actually know how to Engineer, Procure, and Construct these Plants and Infrastructures. These companies are not actually proper Oil and Gas Companies to begin with; they only serve the real Oil and Gas Companies. They don’t handle any product and they don’t sell oil and gas. They are Engineering Companies.
My current role is the first time I’m working with a proper oil and gas company on the CONTRACTOR SIDE that is not EPC. We (ARDREND LIMITED) are into Robotic Tank Cleaning, Tank Calibration, and Inspection. This is what is believed to be part of ASSET Integrity Maintenance Projects (An Engineering Company that doesn’t typically do Construction).

It’s looking like #GeorgeNWOGU will be there for a longer time as there are minimal conflicts of interests with the company he founded (#BIZVILLEPM) and no serious reason not to renew my employment contracts because of this.
