Balancing Lean-Agile and Project Scope

Dear BIZVILLEPM Community,

No matter how hard you try, you cannot be everything to a customer at the same time. You must have a plan for what you intend to deliver and execute it at your own pace or the pace of your team. Lean-Agile principles help in setting priorities for work processes and executions.

However, it’s a mistake to assume that Lean-Agile will solve all project management problems — a common error made by many inexperienced professionals in EPC or customer projects. This approach is different from the overall project, which uses WBS-Activities and a CPM Schedule to deliver the scope product of the customer project.
