Weeks 1–2: Onboarding and Orientation
- Dive into company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Engage with HR, HSE teams, and key stakeholders for intros and initial training.
- Scrutinize project documents, contracts, and HSE plans.
Weeks 3–4: Stakeholder Engagement and Assessment
- Set up meetings with clients, authorities, teams, and subcontractors.
- Assess project sites, emphasizing safety and environmental factors.
- Establish clear communication channels and reporting structures.
Weeks 5–6: Strategic Planning and Scope Definition
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams, aligning with industry standards.
- Develop a detailed project plan covering engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, tailoring a risk management plan to industry specifics.
Weeks 7–10: Procurement and Vendor Management
- Source specialized equipment, materials, and services, ensuring adherence to quality and safety.
- Initiate procurement processes, keeping industry standards in focus.
- Finalize contracts, negotiate terms, and guarantee compliance with industry regulations.
Weeks 11–14: HSE Compliance and Safety
- Enforce rigorous HSE protocols and ensure industry-specific safety compliance.
- Conduct regular safety drills, hazard assessments, and team safety meetings.
- Monitor and document HSE performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
Weeks 15–18: Execution and Monitoring

Aligning with Role Description:
Oversee strategic and tactical planning and execution of all EPC projects to ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance with industry standards.
- Deliverables: Detailed project execution plans, alignment reports, compliance checklists.
Lead the development and implementation of operational procedures, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and cost-effectiveness.
- Deliverables: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), efficiency reports, quality control documentation.
Manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
